Combien serons-nous \u00e0 avoir du mal \u00e0 trouver le sommeil apr\u00e8s une telle exp\u00e9rience\u00a0? Aucune grande interpr\u00e9tation d&rsquo;une oeuvre consacr\u00e9e, aucune prestation de chanteuse ou de grand soliste n&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 la cheville d&rsquo;une telle exp\u00e9rience\u00a0: la premi\u00e8re rencontre avec un vrai chef-d&rsquo;oeuvre de notre temps.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce concerto a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit pour Sol Gabetta qui l&rsquo;a enregistr\u00e9 chez Sony. Mais, \u00e0 juger, justement par l&rsquo;Adagio final, St\u00e9phane T\u00e9treault et M\u00e9lanie L\u00e9onard l&rsquo;am\u00e8nent sur de toutes autres rives, dans une sph\u00e8re beaucoup moins tangible et plus \u00e9th\u00e9r\u00e9e, qui semble d\u00e9velopper les acquis de\u00a0<em>Distant Light<\/em>\u00a0(<em>1<sup>er<\/sup> Concerto pour violon<\/em>\u00a0de Vasks). Du coup, le concerto, beaucoup plus mystique, prend une nouvelle dimension. Il faudrait vraiment que ces artistes puissent enregistrer une proposition aussi originale et radicalement tranch\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 ce qui existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la part de la d\u00e9dicataire.<\/p>\n<p>Nous esp\u00e9rons que le jury des Prix Opus s&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9plac\u00e9, car ce concert avait vraiment tout\u00a0: originalit\u00e9 et audace du programme, grandeur des interpr\u00e9tations, m\u00e9ticulosit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration musicale. De la musique dans toute sa splendeur, sans effets, sans gestes gratuits, mais touchant \u00e0 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la vraie grandeur.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Stephane Tetreault : bravo pour ce tour de force et le courage d&rsquo;une vision si radicalement diff\u00e9rente. J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que vous trouverez des commanditaires pour pouvoir l&rsquo;enregistrer.
